THE LEGEND OF THE KING'S CAVE Cintolo

La Cueva del Rey Cintolo , is located in Mondoñedo ( Lugo ). is a set of large cavities , length approximately 6 km of galleries explored. Inside the cave, we see stalactites, stalagmites , among other geological formations . In the early explorations were conducted in the cave, they found human fossils , despite finding no evidence anywhere, that the cave was inhabited in prehistoric times.

But think about this mysterious cave, more mysterious are the legends that haunt so enigmatic place. And here I tell you one:

"Before there Mondoñedo, nearby there was an area that was known as Bria, a beautiful castle and ruled the King Cintolo , possessor of great riches. But in addition to hosting many of the EU bodies also houses impressive cathedrals, as Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula .

This beautiful cathedral is one of the most emblematic of the city. The style is Gothic and was built between the XIII and XV.

This Cathedral lie the remains of St. Gudula , patron saint, who died in 712. They say Gudule was a high figure of spiritual refinement to whom God gave the gift of miracles both in life, miracles and restore speech to a mute child, or heal a leprous woman.

Anyway, after visiting both museum to be fancy a stroll through a city park. In the first part of Brussels visit Mini-Europe Park, and now visit another great park, the Parc du Cinquantenaire .

This is the most famous park in Brussels. It was built Leopold II in the year 1880 for the Great Exhibition was held for the fiftieth anniversary of Belgian independence . This wonderful park is full of monuments and buildings (Mosque of Brussels, three museums, etc.), rising in the background classical palace, consisting of two semicircular wings joined at the Arc de Triomphe .

could not say goodbye to Brussels without visiting the Manneken Pis ( child urine "). This graceful bronze statue is located in the heart of Brussels, and represents a small boy, about eighteen inches, naked and urinating into the bowl of a fountain. This statue, like the Atomium and the Plaza Mayor (we visited in the previous post), is a symbol of Brussels, and one of its attractions tourist.

Brussels , capital of Belgium and known as "The Capital of Europe" , is the headquarters of the main institutions of the European Union (EU). Located in the center of the country, with approximately one million inhabitants, of which a large part, from other countries.

The Atomium, is probably the symbol of Brussels . This structure of 102 meters, which represents an iron crystal enlarged 165 billion times, and designed by architect André Waterkeyn , was built for Expo First Category in Brussels in 1958. As you can see this beautiful structure is made up of nine steel spheres with a diameter of 18 meters, which represent the atoms. I'm in a real cloud, and that I owe to you all not the award itself, but your expressions of affection, these are the ones that touch my heart, and I have nothing else to say to everyone that THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Well came the last awards, so here we go!
